Just recently played Halo 5 on 5mbs speeds. Unfortunately game was damn near unplayable but when playing on 200mbs game ran almost flawlessly with almost no detection it was a stream. 2 different audiences not everyone has 200mbs to play if this is for gaming on the go few establishments offer anywhere near speeds to sustain a playable stream. This goes for xcloud, stadia, psnow if they ever jump on board….
Streaming is unfortunately probably the future but it is certainly not ready yet
